How long does my order take to arrive?
Each t-shirt is hand-printed when you place your order, so the production time is 3 to 5 business days. To this is added shipping, usually 24–48h within the Peninsula.
Can I exchange or return a garment?
Each t-shirt is produced individually for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size or change of mind. If the product arrives defective, with printing errors or is different from what you ordered, we will resolve it at no cost. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to write to us at ladyramenshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. Once the t-shirt enters production, it is not possible to cancel. If you have doubts about sizing, consult our guide before ordering.
How do I wash the t-shirt to make it last?
Always wash inside out at a maximum of 30°C, without fabric softener and without a dryer. Hand screen printing is durable, but heat and aggressive products shorten its life.
Do you ship outside of Spain?
Currently, we ship to mainland Spain. If you are elsewhere, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Do you make custom t-shirts?
Not for now. Lady Ramen originates from our own designs, and each collection is an exclusive creative proposal. We do not do traditional custom screen printing or corporate bulk orders. Nevertheless, if you have a special project in mind, contact us, tell us your idea, and we'll see what we can do and how to budget for the design and t-shirts.
